    In stock orders placed on our website are usually shipped same day if order is processed by 12PM PST (3PM EST). Otherwise it will ship the following business day. Orders received on Fridays after 12PM PST are processed the following Monday. Special order items may take 7 to 12 business days before shipment. If any item in your order is back-ordered you will be notified concerning the expected ship date. Replacement Express will ship web orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to anywhere within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do not ship to any other regions.   • Warranty

    Replacement Express offers a standard 365-Day (1 Year) Replacement warranty on all new items, including laptop batteries and laptop ac adapters purchased from our website. A valid copy of your invoice or sales receipt is required.

  • Sales Tax

    We only collect sales tax for shipments within CA. Current sales tax rate is 8.00%. If you are a CA reseller or have tax exempt status, then please email or fax us your California Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Only credit cards drawn from a US bank are accepted directly; no international credit cards please. Pricing is honored at time of purchase. If pricing changes after your purchase, regardless if the price increased or decreased, only the price accepted at time of purchased will be honored. Promotions and coupons are only honored at time of purchase. Promotions and coupons will not be applied to completed orders.

    There are only two ways to view and track the progress of your orders. 1) If you established an account with Replacement Express while checking out, you will be able to login to your account via the My Account section of this website. 2) Contact customer service for an update.
